In 12–24 sessions, we work somatically to release stored trauma, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild safety from the inside out. You'll have direct messaging access to me throughout our entire time together. so you are never navigating this alone.
Heart–Soul Healing Mentorship 2.0
This is not a course you consume alone. It is a 12-week live group experience where we do the work together somatically, honestly. We heal the roots of childhood and generational trauma, rewire your nervous system, and rebuild safety in your body and your relationships. Women leave this program different. Hi, I’m Emmy.
I am a Trauma-trained practitioner and Nervous system expert.
I’m here to help you heal the root of your pain, not just the symptom.
My work is rooted in real life, not theory alone. I know what it’s like to carry trauma in your body every day.
I experienced traumatic experiences very early, I was rejected when I was born because I was a girl child, abandoned by my father, sexually abused, grew up in violence and terror. I’ve spent over 15 years in chronic pain, while living with anxiety, depression, and the impact of a constantly dysregulated nervous system I didn’t know I had. I know what it’s like to be stuck in a pattern of attracting unhealthy relationships, lose yourself in people-pleasing, and feel like no amount of effort is ever enough.
That’s why I don’t just offer surface-level strategies.
I have a background in Sociology and Psychology. I’m also trained in Compassionate Inquiry by Dr. Gabor Maté, I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Student by Dr. Peter Levine and Polyvagal Theory by Dr. Stephen Porges, The Journey Method Brandon Bays, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Sexual Trauma Recovery, Leadership Coach by John Maxwell, and Relationship Coach by Tony Robbins.
